Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services- Seattle, WA is hiring HCAs and CNAs to provide compassionate in-home care across West Seattle, South Seattle, Burien, Tukwila, Renton and surrounding areas. Earn $23–$25 per hour based on experience and certifications, with daytime schedules and a team-oriented environment.

You must have a valid driver’s license with insured vehicle, CNA or HCA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of experience supporting older adults.

Qualifications

• CNA or HCA certification is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle.
• Minimum of one year of experience supporting older adults.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care and companionship.
• Assist with daily routines, meal preparation, and personal care.

Who We're Looking For:

• A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
• CNA or HCA certification required
• Prefer a high school degree or GED
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
• Clear background check and drug test
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)
