Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide 1:1 in-home care in Edmonds and surrounding communities. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with day and evening shifts based on client needs and caregiver availability.

Pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, with benefits including paid time off, sick pay, weekly pay, and paid training. A CNA/HCA license, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA or Home Care Aide license.
• Two references required.
• Must pass background check and medical clearance; work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (dressing, grooming, eating, toileting).
• Light housekeeping to promote safety and cleanliness in clients' homes.
• Provide transportation to appointments and shopping.
• Offer companionship and supervision to clients.

Always Best Care Senior Services Seeks to Build a Core Team of Experienced Caregivers, and Currently Have All Shifts Available. Our Caregivers Will Provide Excellent and Compassionate 1:1 Care for Clients in Their Homes in Edmonds, Woodway, Mountlake Terrace, Lynnwood, Alderwood, Bothell, Picnic Point, Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, Kenmore, Mukilteo, Everett, and Kenmore. The Caregiver Will Provides Assistance and Support to Our Clients in Their Daily Activities, Promoting Their Independence and Well-being.

Full time, part time and a variety of schedules.

Schedules: Day and Evening – Specific Hours Based on Client Needs and Caregiver Availability

Pay Range: $22-$25 per Hour Depending on Experience

• Must Have Effective Oral and Written English Communication Skills to Work with Clients/Families
