Job summary

Always Best Care Round Rock is hiring In-Home Caregivers to support seniors across Williamson County and North Travis County. If you’re compassionate and dedicated, you’ll help clients live safely and independently at home.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time with day/evening/night shifts), competitive pay of $16.00–$18.00 per hour, on-demand pay, paid CEU/training, and a supportive team. You’ll provide daily living assistance, light housekeeping, companionship, and monitor

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or similar).
• Ability to assist with daily living tasks while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

What You’ll Do:

As an InHome Caregiver, you will provide personalized, compassionate support, including:

Assistance with daily living activities (meal prep, bathing, dressing, mobility support)

Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting changes to the care team

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving (home care, assisted living, or similar).

Skills: Ability to assist with daily living tasks while maintaining professionalism and empathy

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license

Reliable vehicle + auto insurance

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Passion: A genuine commitment to improving the lives of seniors

Work Schedule:

Flexible hours: 20–60 hours per week based on your availability

Shift options: 4, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts

Day, evening, night, weekend, and overnight shifts available
