Always Best Care Boerne in Fredericksburg, TX is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors, supporting independence, safety, comfort, and quality of life.

You’ll assist with daily activities, mobility, meals, and companionship, with shifts available across AM/PM and live-in options. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, benefits, paid training, and bonuses for consistent 20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per month.
• Willing to use our integrated platform for documentation and time tracking.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but training provided.
• Passionate about helping seniors and making a difference in their lives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and mobility assistance.
• Dependable, patient, empathetic, and trustworthy.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Always Best Care Boerne - Caregiver

Location: Fredericksburg, TX
Service Area: Texas Hill Country Territory - Office located in Boerne, TX

Pay: $14.00-$16.00 per hour, based on experience

Shifts: Flexible scheduling with shifts starting in 4-hour increments, with opportunities for live-in shifts. Monday-Sunday, with AM and PM shifts available.

Minimum Requirement: 20 hours per month

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide in-home care and support for seniors in the Fredericksburg and surrounding Texas Hill Country areas. Caregivers assist clients with daily activities, companionship, mobility, meals, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
