Always Best Care Senior Services in Austin, Texas, is seeking professional and compassionate caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs for PRN positions in the area. We offer flexible shifts and supportive management to help you balance work and life while delivering essential in-home care to seniors.

Responsibilities range from companionship and light housekeeping to personal care, with training provided and opportunities for ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Caregivers must be 18+ years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance required.
• Must pass background check.
• Good verbal, written and reading skills.
• CNA, HHA, and Basic Life Support/CPR training a plus but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic companion care including light housekeeping, sitter services, transportation, and meal preparation.
• Perform personal care tasks as needed (e.g., incontinence care, transferring, dressing, bathing).
• Support seniors to maintain independence with flexible scheduling.
• Work with supportive management to ensure compatible caregiver-client matches.

HIRING FOR PRN POSITIONS

Responsibilities: From basic companion care (which includes, but is not limited to light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, etc.) to more integral personal care (which includes, but is not limited to incontinence care, transferring, dressing and bathing, etc.), our Caregivers provide a wide range of services.

Schedules: Flexible Schedule - available shifts to fit your schedule

• PRN -Flexible Hours
• o Weekends
• o Overnights
• o Weekdays
