Job summary

Always Best Care Round Rock is hiring In-Home Caregivers to support clients throughout Williamson County and North Travis County. You will help seniors live safely and independently at home, delivering compassionate, personalized care.

Flexible schedules: 20–60 hours weekly with day, evening, night, weekend, or overnight shifts; competitive pay $15.00–$18.00 per hour. Training paid; you’ll join a supportive team focused on dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving (home care, assisted living, or similar).
• Ability to assist with daily living tasks while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle + auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, compassionate in-home care including assistance with daily living activities (meal prep, bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support; monitor wellbeing and report changes to the care team.

Location: Round Rock, TX (Serving Williamson County & North Travis County)

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour (depending upon experience)

What You’ll Do:

• As an InHome Caregiver, you will provide personalized, compassionate support, including:
• Assistance with daily living activities (meal prep, bathing, dressing, mobility support)

• Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting changes to the care team

What We’re Looking For:
