Role Overview:

As a Caregiver (Flexible Hours) at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate home care to our clients, ensuring they enjoy their best day, every day. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with families and healthcare professionals to deliver the support our clients need. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you'll have the flexibility to manage your hours while making a significant impact on the lives of the individuals you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
2. Support clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety.
3. Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time hours, with flexible scheduling from Monday through Sunday.
