Right at Home UK is seeking an Employee Experience Manager to lead caregiver recruitment and retention, creating a supportive, engaging work environment. You will oversee onboarding, measure satisfaction, and drive staff development while maintaining open communication with teams.

The role requires strong HR experience in care settings, leadership abilities, and willingness to perform after-hours and on-call duties as needed. This position is full-time and requires a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Valid U.S. work authorization.
• Experience with aging adults or home care a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable administrative staff, and professional caregiver teams.
• Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Oversee hiring and onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start.
• Measure and analyze employee satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and performance data.
• Address employee concerns confidentially and empathetically.
• Plan and organize events to boost morale, wellness, and team building.
• Support career development by coordinating training, professional growth opportunities, and skill-building programs.
• Conduct and document performance reviews
• Communicate updates clearly and consistently to staff.
• Report on program effectiveness and stay current with best practices in employee experience management.
• Participate in after-hours, on call duties, fill in shifts, help with scheduling as necessary.
• Flexibility: Be able to take on additional tasks as required.
