About the role:We provide support for individuals and/or groups of persons with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and those facing mental health or substance use challenges. The role involves assisting clients to identify and communicate their requests and needs, implementing services according to their Centered Plans, and supporting their overall well‑being.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Health and Safety Procedures
• Assist with People Supported Development
• Assist with Person Supported Community Life
• Provide support to team members and supervisors
• Assist with person‑centered plan and outcomes
• Assist with medical requests
• Assist with data collection and reporting

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Physical ability to lift 30 lbs (minimum 70 lbs) and pull 50 lbs; able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb and stop
• Ability to use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls
• Ability to stand and walk regularly
• Proficiency in CPR from the floor level
• Vision: close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision
• Pre‑employment screening: criminal background check, drug testing, education verification, employment history, and credentialing as required
• For driving positions: proof of driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle

Schedule & Pay

Base pay set by facility, $15.00 per hour. Shift schedules vary by location; shifts cover all days of the week, Monday through Sunday.
