Job summary

Developmental Foundations is hiring Caregivers / DSPs for group homes in Charleston, IL. Join a family-owned company serving adults with developmental disabilities in CILA homes with around-the-clock support.

Starting at $18.75/hour; full-time or part-time roles and various shifts are available. Benefits include training, health/dental, 401k, and paid time off. Weekend/holiday availability may be required to meet resident needs.

• DSP or CNA experience beneficial, but not required.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required.
• Entry level position. Training is provided and paid!

We seek patient and dedicated caregivers to assist adults with developmental disabilities in their neighborhood group homes. Our Caregivers / DSPs provid support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around-the-clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family-owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Caregivers / DSPs for our group homes in CHARLESTON, IL.

Pay:

• $18.75/hour

• DSP training is provided and paid. Once trained, you will become a certified DD Aide and will be added to the Health Care Worker Registry (HCWR)
