Developmental Foundations in Arcola, IL is hiring Caregivers / DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities in community group homes (CILA). This entry-level role offers on-site care with a combination weekday/weekend schedule; weekend availability is required.

Training is provided and paid, and successful candidates will join a compassionate, patient team making a real difference in the community.

Combination work schedule, including weekday shifts and weekend shifts. Weekdays-2nd shift and Weekends-1st shift/2nd shift.

Do you want an opportunity to serve with compassion and help others in our community? We seek patient and dedicated caregivers to assist adults with developmental disabilities in their neighborhood group homes. Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around-the-clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family-owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Caregivers / DSPs for our group homes in ARCOLA, IL.

Pay:

• $18.75/hour

Qualifications:

• Successfully complete and pass background check required
