Job summary

Developmental Foundations is hiring Caregivers / DSPs for group homes in MATTOON, IL. The role supports adults with developmental disabilities in CILA homes with around-the-clock care. Training is provided and paid; weekend/holiday availability is required.

This entry-level position offers a network of support including trainers, nurses, and supervisors. Starting pay is $18.75 per hour for part-time, 2nd shift (2pm-9pm or 3pm-11pm).

Qualifications

• DSP or CNA experience beneficial, but not required.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required.
• Entry level position. Training is provided and paid!

We seek patient and dedicated caregivers to assist adults with developmental disabilities in their neighborhood group homes. Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around -the -clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family-owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Caregivers / DSPs for our group homes in MATTOON, IL.

Pay:

• $18.75/hour
