Senior Helpers of Greater Chicago is seeking caring, dependable caregivers to join our in-home team. We match assignments to your skill level and provide ongoing training to help you advance in the care industry.

Our flexible scheduling options include weekdays, weekends, day shifts, evenings and overnight opportunities to fit your life. We proudly serve the greater Chicagoland area with a range of clients and care settings.

Qualifications

• Caregiver with a compassionate, professional and dependable personality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—build trust with clients and families.
• Flexible and open availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Accompany clients to appointments.
• Monitor well-being and communicate updates.
• Document care provided.

Qualifications

• Caregiver with a compassionate, professional, and dependable personality
• Proven caregiving experience providing personal care, companionship, and support to clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to build trust and maintain a positive relationship with clients and their families
• Flexible and open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle for transportation
• Ability to assist with mobility support, meal preparation, medication reminders, and other daily living activities
• Must be physically fit and able to lift, transfer, or assist clients safely
• Clean background check and professional references required
• With a negative Tuberculosis Test
