Qualifications

• Experienced caregiver with a strong background working in flex/agency assignments and facility-based settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, and private care is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to different care environments, client needs, and care plans.
• Skilled in providing personal care, companionship, mobility assistance, and support with daily living activities.
• Knowledgeable in safety practices, infection control, and resident dignity and confidentiality.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance for transportation to clients and facilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑centered approach to care.
• With a negative Tuberculosis Test.
