Job summary

Radiant Senior Living in Springfield, Oregon, is seeking caring individuals to join our team as caregivers, supporting residents with daily activities and personal care with compassion and respect.

You will work closely with other care staff, help maintain dignity, and contribute to a warm, home-like environment. We provide training, PTO, and a generous benefits package to help you grow within our community.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and kind, with a heart for working with seniors.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, and personal care.
• Maintain communication with other healthcare staff and document resident information as required.
• Engage residents to support wellbeing and brighten daily life.

The Difference You Will Make

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene
• Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relate information concerning resident’s condition; maintain written records and documentation as required
• Maintain communication with the residents, their families, support personnel, etc., to assure that the resident's needs are continually met
