Job summary

Radiant Senior Living is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our care-centered team. You will assist residents with daily activities, communicate with staff, and help brighten their daily lives with kindness.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and kind with a heart for serving senior adults.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene.
• Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relate information concerning resident's condition; maintain written records and documentation as required.
• Maintain communication with the residents, their families, support personnel, etc., to ensure that the resident's needs are continually met.
