Radiant Senior Living invites you to join a compassionate team caring for seniors in a supportive setting. You will assist residents with daily activities and work closely with healthcare staff to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and kind with a heart for serving senior adults.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and personal care.
• Communicate with healthcare staff and department personnel; record and share resident conditions as required.
• Maintain ongoing communication with residents and their families to ensure needs are met and comfort is maintained.

The Difference You Will Make

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene
• Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relate information concerning resident’s condition; maintain written records and documentation as required
• Maintain communication with the residents, their families, support personnel, etc., to assure that the resident's needs are continually met
