Job summary

Radiant Senior Living in Medford, Oregon is seeking caring team members to assist residents with daily activities and personal care. You will support seniors with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility, while maintaining dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and kind with a heart for working with senior adults.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene.
• Communicate with other healthcare staff; relate information concerning resident’s condition; maintain written records and documentation as required.
• Maintain communication with residents and families to ensure needs are met.
