Job summary

Radiant Senior Living is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist residents with daily personal care, hygiene, and daily activities in a friendly, caring environment.

You will coordinate with staff to communicate resident needs, maintain records, and contribute to a supportive community for seniors. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and respectful interaction with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene
• Communicate with other healthcare staff; relate information concerning resident’s condition; maintain records
• Maintain communication with residents and families to ensure needs are met

The Difference You Will Make
