Job summary

Radiant Senior Living in Oregon is seeking caring, compassionate team members to provide daily assistance to residents in our assisted living community.

You will help with personal care, bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, and companionship, while collaborating with a dedicated health care team. Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and kind, with a heart for working with senior adults.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, eating, and personal care.
• Communicate with healthcare staff and documentation as required to ensure resident well-being.
• Maintain ongoing communication with residents and families to ensure needs are met.

The Difference You Will Make

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene
• Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relate information concerning resident’s condition; maintain written records and documentation as required
• Maintain communication with the residents, their families, support personnel, etc., to assure that the resident's needs are continually met
