Job summary

Radiant Senior Living in Oregon is seeking compassionate caregivers to support daily living activities for residents in an assisted living environment.

You will assist with personal care tasks, coordinate with healthcare staff, and maintain clear records to ensure resident comfort and safety. A caring demeanor and strong English communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and kind with a heart for serving seniors.
• Reads, writes, and understands English.
• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care and hygiene.
• Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relate information concerning resident's condition; maintain records as required.
• Maintain communication with residents and their families to ensure residents' needs are met.
