Job summary

Interim HealthCare in Central, SC seeks compassionate Caregivers and CNAs to provide home-based care with dignity and respect. You will form meaningful connections with clients and support families through compassionate, client-centered assistance.

We offer $15.00–$16.00 per hour, flexible day and night shifts, same-day pay options, 1:1 caregiver-to-client ratios, travel time between visits, and opportunities for continuing education and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience in home care setting.
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship.
• Support mobility and safety, including ambulation, transfers, and ADLs.
• Provide medication reminders, observe health conditions, and report concerns promptly.
• Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy.

As a Caregiver / CNA with Interim, you’ll enjoy:

As a Caregiver / CNA, you will support clients by:

• Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns
• Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy—like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests

As a Caregiver / CNA, you’ll need:

• Minimum 3 months ofcaregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week
• CNA certification preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
