Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living’s Crescent Point at Niantic is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Assisted Living Care team. You will provide compassionate, home-like care to residents, assisting daily activities and ensuring timely documentation and communication with staff.

The role emphasizes meaningful engagement, emotional support, and collaboration with the care team to maintain the residents’ wellbeing. Prior CNA/LNA/HHA license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care and reporting changes to staff.
• Engaging residents in activities and providing emotional support.
• Using customer service skills to ensure high-quality care.
• Other duties as needed.

Crescent Point at Niantic is hiring Part Time CNA to join their Assisted living Care team

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
