Inspired Living in Sun City Center, FL, is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate daily living assistance per each resident’s service plan. You will establish relationships with residents and families, observe changes, document accurately, and collaborate with clinical leaders and teams.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of caregiving experience, and a passion for serving older adults.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for serving older adults.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable using basic technology; Word and Excel experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident's service plan.
• Get to know our residents and provide care that supports their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other members of the community team.
• Help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by assisting with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area beautiful.
• Jump in, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive team-first culture.
• Help make every day a little brighter for our residents!

We are currently hiring for our Inspired Living at Sun City Center senior living community located in Sun City Center, FL.
