Inspired Living in Bradenton, FL is seeking Caring Care Partners to provide daily living assistance at our Hidden Lakes community. Se Habla Espanol! You will support residents with activities of daily living, build relationships, and help maintain a safe, respectful home environment.

This role emphasizes compassionate care, communication, and teamwork to enhance residents’ well-being. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of caregiving experience, and CNA/HHA certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience preferred/required.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine passion for serving older adults.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable using basic technology; Word/Excel experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident's service plan.
• Get to know residents and provide care that respects their needs, preferences, and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and community team members.
• Assist with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area welcoming.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team-first culture.

• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident's service plan.

• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other members of the community team.
• Help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by assisting with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area beautiful.
• Jump in, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive team-first culture.
• Help make every day a little brighter for our residents!

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience preferred/required.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
