Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes in Bradenton, FL is seeking dedicated Care Partners to provide compassionate assistance with daily living and build meaningful relationships with residents and families.

You will observe changes in residents’ conditions, maintain documentation, and collaborate with clinical leaders and the care team to ensure safe, personalized care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred/required.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine passion for serving older adults.
• Dependable, compassionate, and a team player.
• Comfortable using basic technology; Word/Excel skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living per each resident's service plan.
• Get to know residents and tailor care to individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and community team.
• Assist with meals, serving, clearing, and maintaining a welcoming dining area.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-first culture.
• Brighten residents' days through attentive care and companionship.

At Inspired Living, our Care Partners provide personalized support with daily living, build genuine relationships with residents and families, and help create a community where everyone feels safe, respected, valued, and at home.

We are currently hiring for our Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes senior living community located in Bradenton, FL

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident's service plan.
• Get to know our residents and provide care that supports their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other members of the community team.
• Help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by assisting with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area beautiful.
• Jump in, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive team-first culture.
• Help make every day a little brighter for our residents!

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience preferred/required.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Dependable, compassionate, and ready to be part of a team.
