Job summary

Inspired Living is hiring Care Partners in Bradenton, FL, to support residents with daily living per service plans in a warm, home-like community. You will build relationships with residents and families, observe changes in condition, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Role emphasizes compassionate care, reliable teamwork, and a dedication to residents' dignity and comfort. Prior CNA/HHA certification is preferred; Microsoft Word/Excel skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine passion for serving older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident's service plan.
• Get to know our residents and provide care that supports their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other members of the community team.
• Help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by assisting with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area beautiful.
• Jump in, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive team-first culture.

We are currently hiring for our Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch senior living community located in Bradenton, FL.
