Job summary

Inspired Living is seeking Care Partners/Med Tech at our Lakewood Ranch community in Bradenton, FL. You will provide compassionate daily living assistance and work closely with residents and families to ensure dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience preferred/required.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for serving older adults.
• Dependable, compassionate, ready to be part of a team.
• Comfortable using basic technology; Word/Excel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living per resident service plans.
• Know residents well and support their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to relevant team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other team members.
• Assist with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area welcoming.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-first culture.
• Help make each day brighter for residents.

At Inspired Living, our Care Partners/ Med Tech provide personalized support with daily living, build genuine relationships with residents and families, and help create a community where everyone feels safe, respected, valued, and at home.

We are currently hiring for our Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch senior living community located in Bradenton, FL.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident's service plan.
• Get to know our residents and provide care that supports their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other members of the community team.
• Help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by assisting with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area beautiful.
• Jump in, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive team-first culture.

What You Bring
