Job summary

Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Care Partners/Med Tech to provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, support residents’ independence, and maintain dignity and safety according to each service plan.

You'll collaborate with clinical leaders, families, and teammates to create a warm dining experience, document care activities, and uphold HIPAA and regulatory requirements while delivering person-centered care to older adults.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for serving older adults.
• Dependable, compassionate, and ready to be part of a team.
• Comfortable using basic technology; Microsoft Word and Excel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident's service plan.
• Get to know our residents and provide care that supports their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate team members.

• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other members of the community team.
• Help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by assisting with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area beautiful.
• Jump in, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive team-first culture.
