Interim HealthCare Inc. is hiring a Caregiver/CNA for a stable, long-term home care assignment in Greenville, SC. The role offers a predictable schedule with 12-hour shifts, and a focus on building a trusting relationship with one client over time.

Responsibilities include daily living tasks, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and compassionate companionship. Earn $15.00–$16.00/hour with same-day pay options and travel/time reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting.
• Commitment to a minimum of 3, 12 hour shifts per week.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship.
• Support mobility and safety, including ambulation, transfers, and daily living activities (ADLs).
• Provide medication reminders, observe health conditions, and promptly report concerns.

As a Caregiver / CNA, you will support clients by:

• Commitment to a minimum of 3, 12 hour shifts per week
• Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and insurance - must be able to transport clients
• CNA certification preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
