Job summary

LEHMEYER DEVELOPMENT in Oregon is seeking compassionate caregivers to support daily living activities in Clackamas County. Part-time positions with flexible weekday and weekend schedules, daytime and evening shifts, and opportunities for both part-time and full-time roles.

You will assist with meals, personal care, mobility, medication reminders, and documentation. CPR/First Aid preferred or willing to obtain certification; you must have a valid U.S.

• 1+ years of care experience
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Own a smartphone
• Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
• Driver’s license and auto insurance for some roles

Responsibilities

• Supporting Daily Living - help with meals, bathing, or getting ready for the day to help members feel confident and comfortable.
• Encouraging Independence - join members on walks, shopping trips, or community outings to connect with the world around them.
• Building Life Skills - teach everyday skills like cooking, managing money, and understanding social cues.
• Keeping Things on Track - follow care plans, provide medication reminders, and document progress for the team.

Who We’re Looking For

• 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
• Own a smartphone
• Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
• Driver’s license and insurance for some roles
