LEHMEYER DEVELOPMENT in Medford, OR is seeking part-time caregivers to support daily living activities and promote independence for members. The role requires caring hands, reliability, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

A smartphone is needed for scheduling and communication, with background check and legal work authorization required. Position offers flexible Weekdays/Weekends schedules, with part-time and full-time opportunities depending on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it
• Own a smartphone for communication and scheduling
• Legal U.S. work authorization and background check required

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks such as meals, bathing, and morning routines
• Support members in independence through activities and community outings
• Provide skills coaching (cooking, money handling, social cues)
• Document progress and follow care plans to ensure continuity of care

We’re Looking For

18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience

CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified

Own a smartphone

Legal U.S. work authorization and background check

Driver’s license and insurance for some roles
