Qualifications

• 18+ years old with 1+ years of care experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Own a smartphone.
• Legal U.S. work authorization and background check.
• Driver’s license and auto insurance for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Daily Living – help with meals, bathing, or getting ready for the day to help members feel confident and comfortable.
• Encouraging Independence – join members on walks, shopping trips, or community outings.
• Building Life Skills – teach and model everyday skills like cooking, money management, and social cues.
• Keeping Things on Track – follow care plans, provide medication reminders, and document progress for the team.

Who We’re Looking For

• 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
• Own a smartphone
• Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
• Driver’s license and insurance for some roles

Behavioral Support Experience
