Job summary

ComForCare Home Care - North Austin is looking for compassionate caregivers to assist clients with daily activities and personal care. This role offers a flexible schedule and a pay range of $16-22 per hour depending on experience. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience, be 18 or older, and possess a valid driver's license. This is a PRN position, with part-time and full-time shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a reliable transportation.
• Previous 1 year experience as a professional at home caregiver or in senior communities.
• Clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.

Compensation

• Pay Range: 16-22 $/hour, pay depends on experience and client complexity
• Automatic travel reimbursement between clients
• Plus, rate differentials and incentives for weekends, short shifts, complex clients, longer distances (case dependent)

What you’ll be doing

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes
• Provide assistance with personal care
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding
• Properly manage household needs
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
• You will be working in North Austin and Surrounding areas.
• This is a PRN position, can be part-time and full-time based on the shifts.
