Job summary

ComForCare Home Care - Richmond/Glen Allen in Severna Park, MD is hiring a full-time caregiver for 12-hour shifts. You’ll assist with daily activities, mobility, meals, and provide companionship in clients’ homes with compassion and reliability.

We require at least 6 months of caregiving experience; GNA/CNA experience preferred. We offer flexible schedules, paid time off, training, wellness resources, and employee discounts as part of a supportive Great Place To Work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of proven caregiving experience with organizational skills.
• This is a Full Time appointment consisting of 12 HOUR SHIFTS.
• GNA and/or CNA experience preferred.
• Pay will be based on level of experience.
• High school diploma or GED certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
