Compensation:
- Pay Range: $16-22 per hour, dependent on experience and client complexity
- Rate differentials and incentives for weekends, short shifts, complex clients, and longer distances (case dependent)
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes
- Provide assistance with personal care
- Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises
- Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding
- Properly manage household needs
- Provide companionship and respite services for the family
- Work in North Austin and surrounding areas
- Work as a PRN position, can be part‑time and full‑time based on the shifts
What we’re looking for:
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Access to reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Previous 1 year experience as a professional at‑home caregiver or in senior communities
- Has experience with gait belt and mobility aids
- Clean background
- Access to a reliable phone and phone service (Wi‑Fi only phones are not acceptable)
