Job summary

ComForCare Home Care - North Austin is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personalized in-home support to clients. The position offers flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, and various compensation incentives based on experience. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, personal care, and mobility, ensuring clients can live independently in their homes. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. Extensive training and benefits such as tuition assistance and ongoing recognition are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent.

• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

Job description

Shift is Monday to Friday 4:30 to 9:30 and/or over weekends 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

Compensation

• Pay Range: $15-22 per hour, pay depends on experience and client complexity
• Automatic travel reimbursement between clients
• Rate differentials and incentives for weekends, short shifts, complex clients, longer distances (case dependent)
