Senior Helpers of Richmond, VA is urgently hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home, helping them age with dignity and independence.

Ideal candidates hold a Certified PCA, CNA, or Nurse Aide credential and can provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities. We offer flexible schedules, training opportunities, and a respectful, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff.
• Assist with personal care and ADLs as assigned.
• Provide companionship and mobility support as needed.
• Caregiver must be a Certified PCA, CNA, or Nurse Aide to qualify.
• Reliable transportation and a valid US driver's license.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Has experience with Gait belt Transfers
• ** Caregiver must be a Certified PCA, CNA, or Nurse Aide to get qualified for this position
• Ability to get to work using reliable transportation
• Valid US issued driver’s license with no serious driving violations
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
• Pass a criminal background check prior to employment with Senior Helpers
• Pass a drug screening test
• Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care, a plus, but not required
• Must be able to be reached via phone, text, or email for shift schedules, client updates and/or emergencies
