Job summary

Capri Communities LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to assist RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care residents with daily living activities, mobility, meal service, and light housekeeping. Adhere to the resident care plan and report changes promptly.

Requires CBRF certification and availability for every other weekend and rotating holidays. Benefits include health coverage, a cafeteria-style benefits plan with 401(k), and paid time off; the role offers 32-hour weekly work schedule with pay for 40

Qualifications

• Must be available to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.
• Must have CBRF certifications.
• Experience with RCAC/CBRF/memory care is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Follow Resident Care plan to assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with medical administration and reporting requirements.
• Assist with plating and/or serving meals.
• Assist with light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas.
• Assist with resident activities.

• Eligible 52 Paid Days Off per year
