Job summary

Capri Communities is seeking a Caregiver to support RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care residents. The role follows a 4-day, 32-hour work week with pay for 40 hours and 8-hour shifts, including every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

• As a Caregiver, you will provide personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living to RCAC, CBRF, and/or Memory Care residents of Capri Communities with adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Follow Resident Care plan to: Assist with activities of daily living; Assist residents with mobility and transfers; Assist with medical administration and reporting requirements; Assist with plating and/or serving meals; Assist with light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas; Assist with resident activities.

Employment Status: Full-Time Shift: 1st/2nd Shift

The 4-Day Work Week

• Work 32 hours and get paid for 40 hours each week.
• 8 hours shifts
• Eligible for Full-time and Part-time positions
• Eligible 52 Paid Days Off per year
