Zusammenfassung

Capri Communities is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care residents. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and documentation while maintaining safety and dignity.

This full-time role features a 4-day work week (32 hours paid as 40), 8-hour shifts, rotating weekends and holidays, paid time off, tuition and certification reimbursement, and opportunities for internal growth within Capri Communities.

Qualifikationen

• Availability to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.
• Must have CBRF certifications.

The 4-Day Work Week

• Work 32 hours and get paid for 40 hours each week.
• 8 hours shifts
• Eligible for Full-time and Part-time positions
• Eligible 52 Paid Days Off per year
