Job summary

Capri Communities is a Wisconsin-based organization focused on enriching residents' lives through service and community. We are seeking caregivers for RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care residents, offering a 4-day work week with 32 hours paid as 40, and 8-hour shifts.

Eligible for full-time or part-time positions; 52 paid days off per year; require CBRF certification and weekend/holiday rotation. You will follow care plans to assist with daily living, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping,

Qualifications

• Must have CBRF certifications.
• Available to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living for RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care residents.
• Follow Resident Care plan to assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and resident activities; monitor and report needs.

As a Caregiver, you will provide personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living to RCAC, CBRF, and/or Memory Care residents of Capri Communities with adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements.

• Follow Resident Care plan to:
  • Assist with activities of daily living
  • Assist residents with mobility and transfers
  • Assist with medical administration and reporting requirements
  • Assist with plating and/or serving meals
  • Assist with light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas
  • Assist with resident activities.
