The Residence at Willow Grove in Willow Grove, PA is seeking Caregivers for all shifts on a part-time basis. Start pay is $18.00/hr for 1st shift and $19.00/hr for 2nd and 3rd shifts, with scheduling across all shifts and every other weekend.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, maintaining dignity and independence, and documenting care. Paid training is provided; an 18+ year old with a HS diploma or GED is required.

The Residence at Willow Grove is hiring Caregivers for all shifts. Whether you're an experienced Resident Wellness Associate, seasoned caregiver, or someone looking to start a rewarding career in senior living, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility assistance
• Provide compassionate care while maintaining each resident's dignity, privacy, and independence
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Use person-centered care techniques to reduce stress and promote cooperation
• Work as part of a supportive team to ensure residents receive exceptional care
• Assist with activities and resident engagement
• Accurately document care and resident information
• Communicate important resident needs and changes with the care team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience working with seniors preferred but not required. Paid training provided.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to provide respectful, professional care
• Comfortable with frequent standing, walking, bending, stretching, and lifting
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, assessment and drug test
