Glen Mills Senior Living is seeking a Resident Wellness Associate to assist residents with daily life functions and support activity programming. The role emphasizes dignity, empathy, and teamwork within a caring staff.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, and may earn bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including tuition reimbursement and paid time off through IntegraCare programs. Wage is $19.00/hr for full-time, 2nd shift with potential extra for CNA license.

Assists Residents with all daily life functions (ADL's: hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulating, etc.) in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring dignity and respect, by using techniques learned in Life Stories Training to minimize Resident stress and maximize cooperation through dignity and empathy. Ensures staff follow through is the same in absence of Life Stories Director or Life Stages Coordinator to include activity programming. Ability to assist in the development and implementation of activities is required. The abilityto create interest in the activities and motivate Residents to participate daily is required.Creativity and motivational skills necessary. Provides assistance and support to other Resident Wellness Associates to ensure task completion and teamwork. Completes documentation clearly and accurately in Residentrecords and Move N.

Schedule: Full-time 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) including every other weekend

Wage: $19.00/hr

*Additional $1/hr for active CNA license
