Job summary

The Residence at Willow Grove in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a friendly Receptionist (Community Experience Ambassador) to greet residents, families, visitors and vendors, answer calls, and maintain a welcoming front desk. This part-time role runs 4:00 PM–8:00 PM on Wednesdays and Fridays with every other weekend schedule.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with opportunities to contribute to events and community engagement while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Friendly, professional, and dependable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable multitasking and staying organized.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, assessment, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
• Sort mail and assist with clerical and administrative tasks.
