Job summary

City Net Homeless Services is seeking a Full-Time Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home senior care. You will assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, and mobility support, ensuring safety and dignity for clients in their own homes.

The role emphasizes ongoing learning, client-centered care, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive, employee-first culture. Training and development are provided along with a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as caregiver or CNA preferred—but a big heart matters most.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to earn it soon.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
• Strong communication with clients and privacy respect.

Responsibilities

• Personal care & dignity: support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
• Healthy meals & home care: cook simple, nutritious meals; keep spaces clean and organized.
• Medication & wellness: provide timely reminders and track basic health cues.
• Active companionship: chat, play games, take walks, and accompany clients to appointments.
• Light exercise support: assist with stretches or prescribed routines.
