City Net Homeless Services is seeking a Full-Time Caregiver for in-home senior care. You will provide compassionate, hands-on assistance to clients in their homes, focusing on dignity and safety while supporting daily activities and wellbeing.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within a patient-centered agency. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, with CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to earn it as a requirement.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and compassionate care are essential for client privacy and dignity.

• Personal Care & Dignity – Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
• Healthy Meals & Home Care – Cook simple, nutritious meals; keep living spaces clean and organized.
• Medication & Wellness – Provide timely reminders and track basic health cues.
• Active Companionship – Chat, play games, take walks, and accompany clients on errands or appointments.
• Light Exercise Support – Assist with stretches or physical-therapy routines as directed by professionals.

What You Bring

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred—but a big heart matters most.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
