Job summary

Freedom Home Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Caregiver for in-home senior care. Join a team that values respect, inclusion, and real difference for clients living at home.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as caregiver, HHA, PCA, or CNA preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to earn.
• Ability to assist with transfers and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care & Dignity – support bathing, dressing, grooming, safe mobility.
• Healthy Meals & Home Care – cook simple meals, keep spaces clean.
• Medication & Wellness – provide reminders and track basic health cues.
• Active Companionship – chat, games, walks, accompany clients to appointments.
• Light Exercise Support – assist with stretches or therapist-directed routines.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred—but a big heart matters most.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
