Job summary

City Net Homeless Services in Beaumont, CA seeks an empathetic Full-Time Caregiver to support seniors at home, helping them stay safe, comfortable and independent. You\'ll assist with personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility, and companionship, with CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, PCA, or CNA preferred, but a big heart matters most.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care & Dignity: Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
• Healthy Meals & Home Care: Cook simple, nutritious meals; keep living spaces clean and organized.
• Medication & Wellness: Provide timely reminders and track basic health cues.
• Active Companionship: Chat, play games, take walks, accompany clients on errands or appointments.
• Light Exercise Support: Assist with stretches or physical-therapy routines as directed by professionals.
