Job summary

Arosa is seeking caring home care professionals to provide ADL support, companionship, and safety in clients' homes in New Jersey. The role focuses on delivering compassionate at-home care and building trusted relationships with clients and families.

You will assist with daily activities, ensure a safe living space, and coordinate progress with the care team. A valid NJ HHA certificate and willingness to undergo basic screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are important to interact with clients and families.
• Compassionate personality and patience are essential for elder care.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. is required for employment.
• A valid New Jersey HHA certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
• Communicate and document progress with the care team.
• Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support.
